Map-type advance direction: what it means

Sign GD5, GD7, GD9, TGD9

What it means

It gives advance guidance about the shape of the intersection ahead. It also gives the numbers and destinations of the routes leaving the intersection.

What you must do

Use this sign to decide where you want to go before you reach the actual intersection.

Where you see it

On the left-hand side of the road, before an intersection.
