What it means
It shows the position of the near-side on-ramp at a freeway access interchange. It also shows the freeway route number and the destination of the freeway.
What you must do
Slow down and turn in the direction of the sign, or proceed straight ahead.
Where you see it
On the left-hand side of an ordinary road, on the far side of an on-ramp.
Remember
Near-side on-ramp: turn in the direction of the sign to join the freeway.
