What it means

The traffic light (robot) ahead, or the one this sign is attached to, is out of order.

What you must do

Slow down and yield (give way) to other traffic. Be ready to stop if the traffic intensity and volume (how busy the traffic is) require it.

Where you see it

On any road, especially in urban areas.

Remember

Look out for a traffic officer or a stop sign that might be controlling the traffic.
