What it means
Traffic from all four directions at this intersection must come to a stop.
What you must do
Bring your vehicle to a standstill at the stop line. If there is no stop line, come to a standstill at the stop sign. Proceed only when it is safe.
Where you see it
At intersections.
Remember
Everyone stops, then you go in the order you stopped.
If more than one vehicle stops at the intersection, the vehicle that stopped first should move off first.
