What it means
This sign regulates (controls) the minimum speed of traffic. Minimum means the slowest speed you may drive.
What you must do
Do not drive slower than the speed on the sign. The speed is given in km/h.
Where you see it
On any road where slow-moving vehicles could disrupt (upset) the traffic flow.
