What it means

This marking warns you that there is a no-overtaking line or a no-crossing line ahead.

What you must do

If you are on the right-hand side of the road, move back to the left-hand lane as soon as possible. Do this before the prohibition line starts. Do not cross that line to overtake.

Where you see it

On any road.

Get back to the left before the line starts.
